It doesn't look too bad to me... the heart might be a little big but I'm no radiologist. I don't see a lot of atelectisis either or fluid accumulation. Again, this to my nursing eyes.. jenn
If you count comparing with Google images of "normal chest x ray", I would say a little cloudy but agree Jenn that nothing major like pneumonia or any thing. Rachael

I'm thinking the heart looks a little big and flat at the apex. Does this person have some abdominal distention?
I'm way behind on this Jennifer, but rad tech eyes say it's pretty normal. Maybe a little cardiomegaly.
