Fruit market (AKA today's mental diversion)

There is a great outdoor market within walking distance of the hospital. We got a great variety of fruit that we can't get in Uganda and some pictures that make me laugh.

Love the pictures!
I am praying God will refresh you -- mind, body, and soul -- today. May his spirit fill you and wash away any negative feelings you may have toward the doctors and nurses so you work effectively with them. I am also asking God to send his angels to fight against the evil forces that seem to be persisting in trying to bring your team of missionaries down. Stand firm! You do not stand alone and in the end God always wins!

Jennifer,
Sorry to hear that things are so frustrating right now. Glad to see that you are finding a few little things to make you smile. I especially like the photo of the baby next to the huge piece of fruit :) I wish I could have you over for tea. I was thinking/praying for you and the verse came to mind that says, "We are pressed but not crushed, persecuted but not abandoned, struck down but not destroyed" and "neither death nor life nor present nor future nor depth nor height can keep us from the love of Christ." Wish I could quote the book and verse! Hope you have a better week now that you're back in Uganda. I am moved into a new place on the NE side and still trying to get my computer online. Soon I hope :)
